this is one of my daughter's favorite books, and she requests it often. as a lesbian couple, my partner and I are delighted to have a book that centers family and love in family structures that resemble her own.
The book has a very beautiful cover! The story and the drawings are beautiful. I am a total fan of all the books and the cuddly toys! Of course I am also a fan of Paul and Matthew and Mr Maple!!!❤️❤️❤️
I ordered the books and the wee penguin for my 4 year old granddaughter who is non-verbal and awaiting diagnosis this summer for autism. I gifted the books to my daughter who is currently fostering her. I know my daughter LOVES what she's seen on the cover and will be reading this book to Athena.
