Tiny penguin! Plastic eyes aren't baby safe but it does say that on the tag! Look at that bowtie.
It's so cute and small!! I feel like it's even littler than the ones I saw on tik tok. Perfect for me. I do wish it was baby safe and the eyes weren't plastic, but the bowtie makes up for everything. And the little feather cowlick detail.
