Honestly, if I could afford it, I'd remove some items from my shelf above my desk and put up a whole series. But I had to settle for just this one. I picked the 7x7 black frame, which is the perfect size for my desk so I have the adorable little dragon within easy reach when I need a smile. I completely adore this little guy and will be adding to my collection when I can. The item was thoughtfully packaged and arrived as expected.
My 2 prints are beautiful. They were delivered in perfect condition and arrived before the due date.
Books are delightful and I appreciate the effort that goes into creating them. Regarding the situation with my order, I noticed that the refund for $19.32 is only a small part of the issue I experienced. When I placed my order, there were some technical difficulties on your ordering website that resulted in a duplicate of half of my order.
I reached out for assistance right away, hoping to resolve the issue before the order shipped. Unfortunately, it took 15 hours to receive a response, which informed me that my order had already shipped. Subsequent emails seemed to go unanswered or were met with little response or rudeness in the emails, which made me feel overlooked in this process.
I genuinely hope that my feedback can be seen as a way to foster improvements in communication. The situation has been quite frustrating, and it feels like there was a lack of attention to my concerns before my order shipped. I know that we all have challenges to manage, but it would mean a lot to see a proactive approach to customer service moving forward. Thank you for considering my thoughts.
